You are not going to find a more attentive, quicker responding agent then Jeanine. She will find you deals, and she will try to create her own deals just for you if it calls for it. She is a great agent to work with and keep in touch with for all your vacation needs. This is our second planned vacation with her. The first one fell through due to COVID-19. I absolutely loved my experience with Jeanine with Lavishly Travel. Not only does she go above and beyond working crazy hours and staying up late to help out her customers, but she is also one of those people who puts in hours of work and not requesting much in return (high pay for her work) because she cares about making her customers happy and she knows exactly how to do it without making customers going bankrupt with just the booking fees/commission. With this COVID19 going around I had my Cruise planned out but unfortunately had to cancel it and Jeanine went above and beyond again. Not only was she on the phone trying to get ahold of this company for almost a week in a row all day long, but she wanted to offer me store credit for the time she spent helping me research and book my trip. There is no way I’m gonna ask her to refund/store credit the money that I paid her for putting in long hours doing the job that I didn’t have to do. I mean I don’t know anyone who does any job for free unless you’re volunteering.
