Foods to Try:

There is a popular street treat in several parts of Mexico, it's called Elotes. It's made out of boiled or grilled corn and seasoned with a variety of toppings, ranging from the piquant to the tart. All at the same time, it's sweet, spicy, herbal, and sharp—a bite of this plays on a wide spectrum of flavors. Having a fear of corn getting stuck in between your teeth? Then, shredding the kernels off is an acceptable way of serving the dish called esquites. It's actually an easy peasy dish that takes little to no time in preparation. It's a staple that kitchen novices and veterans enjoy at any time in the coziness of their homes.
